・What is an “Option Ticket” for limited express buses and local buses?

“Option tickets” are available for “Web Ticket” customers, allowing them to board express buses operating between “Ogizawa and Nagano” and local buses operating between “Ogizawa and Shinano Omachi”. By purchasing these tickets together with the “WEB Ticket,” passengers can smoothly board the respective buses.

 

・Notes on “Option Ticket” for limited express buses and local buses

The “Option Ticket” cannot be purchased by itself. Please purchase it together with the “Web Ticket”.

Please note that the boarding time cannot be specified for the limited express buses operating between Ogizawa and Nagano and the local buses operating between Ogizawa and Shinano-Omachi.

Please note that this “Option Ticket” does not allow you to board and disembark during the trip. ※If you get off the bus during a stopover, the ticket will become invalid before the end of the trip.

The validity period of the “Option Ticket” is 5 days from the date written on the ticket.

 

※In the case of one-way use from Nagano Prefecture (Nagano ⇒ Ogizawa, Shinano-Omachi ⇒ Ogizawa), the ticket is valid only on the day of use.

Please note that this “Option Ticket” is not valid for various discounts including those for persons with disabilities.

Reservation changes can be made on the “Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Web Ticket” website until 2:59 p.m. on the day before the boarding date (change fee: free of charge). Refunds for reduction in the number of passengers or change of section on the day of use can be made at the departure station of Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (Dentetsu Toyama/Tateyama Station for passengers coming from Toyama Prefecture, and Ogizawa for passengers coming from Nagano Prefecture). (Change fee per person; 100 yen for one way, 200 yen for round trip, for round-trip. Please note that refunds will not be made for reasons other than reduction in the number of passengers or change of section.)

 

・How to purchase an “Option Ticket” for limited express buses and local buses

 

１.Log in to My Page on the “Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Web Ticket” website and select “Click here for new reservation”.

 

2.On the reservation details entry screen, select the “Direction”, select the “Web Ticket” you wish to purchase from the “Item Name”, select the “Boarding Date” for the departure from Ogizawa Station or Tateyama Station, and press “Enter Reservation Details”.

 

3.Select the “Section”, “Boarding time”, and “Number of passengers” for the “Web Ticket”, and then click “If you would like to order options, please select the quantity”. Please select the number of “Option tickets” for the section you wish to use. After that, click “Confirm Reservation Details”.

4.The reservation confirmation screen will be displayed. If the information is correct, please proceed to the “Payment Information Entry Screen” to proceed with the reservation application.

 

5.After completing your reservation, please confirm the details of your purchase by clicking “Confirm Reservation” on “My Page”. After logging in to My Page, click “Confirm Reservation” to view a list of reservations.

 

Click “QR Code” to display QR code, which you will need when you receive your Web Ticket and option use ticket. On the boarding date, please have a smartphone or other device capable of displaying the QR code or a piece of paper with the QR code printed on it ready.

Clicking on “Details” will display the details of your reservation (ticket details, amount, etc.). The reservation details screen is required when boarding an express bus or local bus from Nagano Station or Shinano Omachi Station. On the boarding date, please have a smartphone or other device capable of displaying the reservation details screen or a piece of paper with the reservation details printed on it ready.
