1.【Last Day】Reservation Changes

 The handling of tickets differs before and after issuing tickets. If there is a difference between the handling stipulated for an individual item and the one stipulated in the Terms of Service, the handling will be based on the handling stipulated for the individual item.

 

Before issuing a ticket

(1) From the time the reservation is made until 3:00pm, the day before the boarding date

The number of passengers can be increased or decreased on the WEB Ticket page. No change fee will be charged.

*If there are not enough seats remaining when increasing the number of passengers, the change cannot be made.

*In case of other changes, cancel the original reservation and make a new one.

 

(2) After 3:00pm, the day before the boarding date

No change can be made. Cancellation only.

 

(3) On the day of travel

Changes can be made at a station counter on the day of reservation only for departures on the same day as the reservation date.

Only reduction in the number of passengers can be changed at the station counter.

 *The boarding section and time cannot be changed.

A change fee will be charged for changes made at the station counter on the same day.

  Change fee (at the counter on the day of change): 500JPY per person (for both adults and children)

 

After issuing a ticket

 If you wish to change your reservation after issuing your ticket, you can do so at the station counter.

 

 A change fee will be charged for changes made at the station counter.

 *The boarding section and time cannot be changed.

 *If the number of passengers increases on the day of boarding, please purchase tickets on the day of boarding at the counter. Departure time may vary depending on the availability.

 *Boarding date cannot be changed.

 *If you do not issue your ticket on the day of boarding, Article 11 will apply.

 

 

2.【Last Day】Cancellation of Reservations

 The handling differs before and after issuing a ticket. If there is a difference between the handling stipulated for an individual item and the one stipulated in the Terms of Use, the handling will be based on the handling stipulated for each individual item.

 

Before issuing a ticket

 This will be done by each of the following methods for each of the following time periods.

 (1) From the time the reservation is made to 3:00pm,the day before the boarding date.

    Cancellations can be made on the WEB Ticket page. No cancellation fee will be charged.

 (2) From 3:00pm, the day before the boarding date until the boarding time

    Cancellations can be made on the WEB Ticket website. Cancellation fee will be charged.

    Cancellation fee: 500JPY per person (both adults and children)

 (3) After boarding time

    The full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

After issuing a ticket

 If you wish to cancel your boarding reservation after receiving your ticket, you may do so at the station counter.

 Cancellation at the station counter will incur a cancellation fee.

 Cancellation fee: 500JPY per person (for both adults and children)

 

 

3.【Last Day】About Issuing Tickets

 

What time can I pick up my WEB Ticket at Ogizawa Station?

-From 30 minutes before the first departure until boarding time. (Tickets must be issued at least 15 minutes before boarding time.)

 

*Handling when Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route section (Nagano – Dentetsu Toyama) is suspended. 

①Customers who have not yet issued WEB Tickets

<Before 3:00pm, the day before departure>

・If you would like to cancel your reservation, you will get a full refund.

・Please cancel your reservation on My Page

 

<After 3:00pm, the day before departure>

・If you would like to cancel your reservation due to suspension of transportation and such circumstances, we will make the following procedure and refund you.

・Please do not issue or cancel tickets by yourself, as we will not be able to refund you.
・If you cancel your reservation by yourself, you will be charged a cancellation fee and the fee will not be refunded.

・We will cancel reservation at a later date.

 

As a rule, refunds will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

The timing of the refund to you depends on the credit card company you use.

For more information about refunds, please contact your credit card issuer.

 

②Customers who have already received WEB Tickets from an automatic ticket machine, etc.
・Please contact station staff at the station where you received your ticket.
