Dear Customers Traveling From Dentetsu Toyama (As of April 10)
Thank you for planning a trip to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route!
From mid-April to early May, Dentetsu Toyama Station is expected to be very crowded with customers going to the Alpine Route.
Here are some tips for you to travel more smoothly and easily.
All of passengers need to make a departure time reservation for Tateyama Cable Car.
For the rest of transportation, no reservation is required. Just come to the boarding gate and queue up.
Got WEB Ticket? – You have reserved your Cable Car time already. (Departure time indicated is from Tateyama Station, not Dentetsu Toyama.)
Scan the QR code and issue your WEB Tickets at the automatic ticket machine at Dentetsu Toyama (or Tateyama Station).
Ticket issuing is available after 12pm the day before departure.
Exchange Tickets? – Please come to Dentetsu Toyama Ticket Office on your traveling day. (not available the day before)
Please present your Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass or Alpen Kippu “立山黒部アルペンきっぷ” and make a departure time reservation.
Purchase Same-Day Tickets? – Please come to Dentetsu Toyama Ticket Office on your traveling day. (not available the day before)
You will make a departure time reservation as well. If you wish to book in advance, WEB Ticket booking is open until 3pm the day before departure, so don’t give up!

Certain Days: 5:00am to 11:00am – April 15, 16, 27, 28 *more days may be added (As of April 10)
